I think in systems. I always have.
I've spent years working inside organizations where things were technically running but not really working. Processes unclear, information scattered, people carrying more than they should.
That's what drew me to this work. For me, it was never really about the tools. It's about what happens when things finally make sense, and people get their time and headspace back.
I don't believe in adding more structure for its own sake. I look at how work actually flows, where decisions slow down, where energy is lost, and I simplify from there.
What I build is meant to hold. Not because it's complicated, but because it fits.
Today, I help creatives, small businesses, and brands bring structure to what happens behind the scenes, so their work feels as good as it looks.
Based in Canada, I work remotely with clients wherever they are, in English and French.
If that resonates, I'd like to hear about your work.
